This unit
The Analogic AN3100 is a precision DC voltage standard for high-accuracy calibration and metrology applications. It generates stable, low-noise voltage outputs across dual ranges with exceptional linearity and long-term stability. The instrument delivers main output voltages to ±11.1110 V DC with 100 μV resolution and auxiliary outputs to ±111.110 mV DC with 1 μV resolution, supporting source currents to 50 mA and sink currents to 3 mA.
Absolute accuracy reaches ±50 PPM of reading ±50 μV on the main output, with temperature stability of ±2 PPM/°C and 60-day drift limited to ±15 PPM.
