The Keysight 1132B is a 5 GHz active differential probe amplifier engineered for high-speed signal acquisition in embedded system design and validation. This InfiniiMax probe amplifier delivers superior signal fidelity through extremely low input capacitance and flat frequency response, minimizing loading effects on the device under test. The 1132B is the RoHS-compliant successor to the 1132A, maintaining equivalent form, fit, and function across the InfiniiMax 1130B-34B Series platform.
