Agilent/Keysight 1141A

The Agilent/Keysight 1141A is a 1X FET differential probe engineered for high-frequency signal measurement with minimal circuit loading. This probe requires the Keysight 1142A Probe Control and Power Module and delivers 200 MHz bandwidth with 1.75 ns rise time. It accommodates input voltages up to ±200 V (DC + peak AC) without attenuators or ±500 V with optional attenuators, making it suitable for demanding analog and mixed-signal test environments.
