Key Features Differential and single-ended measurement capability with low input capacitance minimizes loading effects on circuits under test. Extended temperature operation to +150 °C is supported via the N5450A Extreme Temperature Extension Cable, enabling characterization across -55 to +150 °C.
Compatibility & Integration The 1169A interfaces with multiple probe head configurations: N2839A, N5380A/B, N5381A/B, N5382A, N5425B, and E2675A probe heads. It is compatible with Infiniium oscilloscope platforms including DSO91204A, DSO91304A, DSO81004A, DSO81204A, DSO81304A, 54854A, and 54855A. Integration extends to the 86100A Digital Communication Analyzer (via N1022A adaptor), Infiniium 86100C/D Series (with N1022A/B adaptor), 80000B, 90000A, and 90000 X/Q Series platforms (with N5442A adapter).
