BK Precision 1620 DC Regulated Power Supply

The BK Precision 1620A is a single-output DC regulated power supply delivering 0–18 VDC at 0–5 ADC with 90 W capacity. Built for laboratory, industrial, field service, and telecommunications applications, it combines low-noise performance with dual analog metering and independent coarse/fine controls for precise voltage and current adjustment. The unit operates in both constant voltage and constant current modes, with line regulation of <0.02% + 3 mV across ±10% input variation and load regulation identical across no-load to full-load conditions.

Output ripple and noise remain below 1 mVrms, while temperature coefficient of <300 ppm/°C ensures stable operation across temperature ranges. Current limiting protects against overload and short circuits with preset limiting values. The 1620A features comprehensive protection including reverse polarity and overvoltage safeguards, enabling continuous full-load operation without thermal shutdown.
