The Keithley 2910 RF Vector Signal Generator delivers flexible signal synthesis across 400 MHz to 2.5 GHz with over-range capability to 2.7 GHz. Purpose-built for wireless device characterization, RFICs, and production test environments, this half-rack instrument combines rapid frequency and amplitude switching with modulation bandwidth up to 40 MHz (internal) or 200 MHz (external I/Q). Output spans –120 dBm to +13 dBm in CW mode with ±0.3 dB typical accuracy and 0.01 dB resolution. Optional digital modulation (ASK, FSK, PSK, QAM) and integrated waveforms for GSM, GPRS, EDGE, W-CDMA, cdmaOne, cdma2000, and GPS support accelerate R&D cycles and reduce test overhead in demanding RF environments.
