Agilent / Keysight 34922A 70-Channel Armature Multiplexer for 34980A

The Keysight 34922A is a 70-channel armature multiplexer module that integrates with the Keysight 34980A Multifunction Switch/Measure Unit to deliver high-density signal routing for automated test and data acquisition. Built around latching armature relays, the 34922A supports mixed 2-wire and 4-wire channel configurations with integrated relay life monitoring. It handles switching voltages to 300 V and currents to 1 A, while carrying up to 2 A continuously.

The module scans up to 100 channels per second to an internal DMM and maintains thermal offset below 3 µV for precision measurement applications. Eight additional Analog Bus relays extend connectivity to system buses, enabling flexible bank-to-bus connections.
