The Keithley 3724 is a dual 1×30 FET multiplexer module engineered for signal routing and automated testing within Series 3700A mainframe systems. This solid-state switching solution operates as two independent 1×30 two-pole multiplexers or, when banks are interconnected, as a single 1×60 two-pole multiplexer. The module supports both 2-wire and 4-wire measurement configurations and scales through card-to-card expansion for larger test systems.
