This unit

The Agilent/Keysight 4352S is a specialized test system for characterizing Voltage-Controlled Oscillators (VCOs) and Phase-Locked Loops (PLLs) in RF wireless communication applications. Operating in Signal Analyzer or VCO Tester modes, it delivers phase noise measurements from 100 Hz to 10 MHz offset with typical performance of −90 dBc/Hz at 100 Hz, −137 dBc/Hz at 10 kHz, and −157 dBc/Hz at 1 MHz. The system executes complete phase noise sweeps across 801 points in 7.4 seconds using carrier lock multi-mode PLL technology for automatic carrier acquisition.
