Agilent/Keysight 44471A

The Agilent/Keysight 44471A is a 10-channel armature latching relay module designed for precision switching in test and measurement systems. Each relay delivers 250 V, 2 A maximum switching capability with exceptionally low thermal offset (less than 3 μV/channel) and closed-channel resistance below 1 Ohm. The module supports 10^8 mechanical operations per relay and achieves scan rates to 43 channels/second, making it ideal for DUT power control, external relay actuation, and attenuator configuration.

Screw terminal connectivity simplifies integration into automated test systems.
