The Agilent/Keysight 54100A is a digitizing oscilloscope engineered for acquisition and analysis of complex analog and digital signals. It delivers 1 GHz bandwidth with a 40 MSa/s sampling rate and 10-bit vertical resolution, supporting averaging for enhanced measurement fidelity. Deep memory architecture enables effective capture depths of millions of bytes through random repetitive sampling, allowing investigation of infrequent transient events occurring well before the trigger point.
