It combines familiar analog controls with digital signal processing to provide bright, stable waveform display with fast screen update rates and pre-trigger viewing capability. The instrument captures events at 20 MSa/s single-shot sampling with a 4,000-point record length and displays up to 1,500,000 points per second. Autoscale automatically configures voltage, time, and trigger parameters, while Autostore displays the current waveform at full brightness alongside previous acquisitions at half brightness for direct comparison. Horizontal accuracy of ±0.01% and ±2% DC gain accuracy ensure measurement confidence across production line test and general-purpose troubleshooting applications.
