HP / Agilent 54655A GPIB Test Automation Module

The HP/Agilent 54655A is a GPIB test automation module that extends the capabilities of 54600-series oscilloscopes and logic analyzers with remote programming and autonomous test execution. This accessory enables creation and execution of up to 100 nonvolatile test sequences without external computer control, making it ideal for production environments and unattended measurement campaigns.

Compatibility & Integration The 54655A (suffix "A") is compatible with all 54600-series oscilloscopes. The 54655B variant supports 54600B-series scopes and the 54645A/D models. For the 54645A/D, 54615B, 54616B/C, and 54620A/C logic analyzer, GPIB functionality is limited to I/O operations. The module does not support the 54615B, 54645A, or 54645D when using the 54655A or 54656A variants.
