The Agilent/Keysight 6274A is a precision DC power supply delivering 0–60 V and 0–15 A across laboratory and production test environments. It operates in constant voltage (CV) and constant current (CC) modes with load transient recovery under 50 µs, making it suitable for dynamic device characterization and burn-in applications.
