The Keithley 7001 is an 80-channel, 2-slot mainframe switch system engineered for automated testing and signal routing across DC, RF, and optical domains. It delivers flexible switching architecture with up to 40 channels per slot, supporting signals ranging from nanovolts to 1100 V and femtoamps to 5 A. The instrument combines high-density channel capacity with programmable scan control, non-volatile memory for 100 switch patterns, and multiple trigger sources - enabling rapid, repeatable switching sequences at 165 channels per second.
