The Keithley 7056 is a 10-channel scanner card engineered for integration with Keithley scanner mainframes such as the Model 705. This plug-in card expands measurement system capacity by routing signals across multiple test points through configurable 2-pole Form A relays. Operation modes include voltage scanning, independent relay switching, or matrix routing, accommodating diverse signal path and high-density switching requirements.
