Keithley 8020 High Power Interface Panel

The Keithley 8020 High Power Interface Panel is a modular interface accessory that connects Keithley high-power SourceMeter instruments to semiconductor probe stations, test fixtures, and handlers. The panel simplifies wiring complexity in high-current and high-voltage test environments by providing six independently configurable measurement channels with connector flexibility and integrated device protection.
