The Agilent/Keysight 8591C is a portable cable TV analyzer for CATV network installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting across 1 MHz to 1.8 GHz. This one-box solution delivers dedicated non-interfering RF and video measurements without interrupting customer programming. It performs automatic FCC proof of performance measurements, carrier analysis, and video distortion characterization on both analog and digital cable channels in NTSC and PAL formats.
