The Fluke 96B/AN ScopeMeter is a dual-function portable instrument combining a 60 MHz digital storage oscilloscope and digital multimeter in a single battery-operated platform. Designed for field service technicians and engineers, it delivers simultaneous 2-channel waveform capture at 2.5 GSa/s with flexible acquisition modes - including ScopeRecord™, envelope, glitch detect, and averaging - alongside comprehensive electrical measurements from DC voltage to frequency, resistance, and temperature.
