The Agilent/Keysight DSO81204A is a 12 GHz Infiniium series oscilloscope engineered for high-speed serial communication analysis and ultra-high-speed electronic systems characterization. This four-channel instrument delivers 40 GSa/s maximum sample rate with up to 2 Mpts deep memory at full speed, enabling detailed capture and analysis of complex signals with trigger jitter below 500 fs RMS and noise floor performance.
