Agilent / Keysight DSOX3022T Oscilloscope: 200 MHz, 2 Analog Channels

The Keysight DSOX3022T is a 200 MHz, 2-channel digital oscilloscope built on the InfiniiVision 3000T X-Series platform. This instrument captures waveforms at up to 1,000,000 waveforms/sec with 4 Mpts memory depth and 5 GSa/s maximum sampling rate, enabling detailed analysis of complex signals. The 8.5-inch capacitive touchscreen with Zone touch triggering provides intuitive operation and rapid signal isolation.

Hardware-based serial protocol decoding enhances capture reliability for infrequent communication errors. The DSOX3022T is fully upgradeable - add MSO capability with 16 digital channels, a 20 MHz arbitrary waveform generator, protocol analysis across I2C, SPI, RS232/422/485/UART, CAN, CAN FD, LIN, SENT, CXPI, FlexRay, MIL-STD 1553, ARINC 429, USB PD, and I2S, plus a 3-digit voltmeter and serial trigger capabilities.
