Keysight Technologies DSOXLAN VGA/LAN Module

The Keysight Technologies DSOXLAN is a hardware expansion module that adds network connectivity and external display capability to InfiniiVision 2000 and 3000 X-Series oscilloscopes. It installs into the rear-panel expansion slot and provides a 10/100Mbit LAN port with LXI compliance, enabling remote instrument control, command execution, and data transfer. A VGA output port allows waveform display on external monitors.

The module supports web browser-based remote operation via a virtual front panel that replicates oscilloscope controls, and VNC viewer access for secure connectivity. Integration with Keysight BenchVue software enables automated test sequences, data analysis, and export to Excel and MATLAB.
