The Get Control E84 Serial to Parallel Controller (SPC) is a SEMI E84–compliant interface solution that bridges serial host controllers to parallel E84 I/O equipment in 300mm semiconductor manufacturing environments. The device manages load and unload handshaking with built-in algorithms, error detection, and signal reporting - reducing host processing overhead. It operates in automatic mode for minimal intervention or manual mode for direct signal control, and can function stand-alone using placement and presence sensor inputs.
