The EXFO FLS-600-MM-SM is a dual-fiber LED light source engineered for multimode and single-mode optical fiber characterization in field and laboratory environments. It delivers stable, calibrated output across multiple wavelengths with tone modulation capability, supporting FTTx and passive optical network testing per ITU-T G.983.3. The handheld design combines rugged construction with intelligent calibration referencing, enabling automated parameter synchronization with compatible EXFO power meters across extended distances.
