The unit employs dual-directional cladding alignment with fixed V-grooves and an arc calibration-free system, eliminating setup complexity in field environments. Dual CMOS cameras and 89x magnification provide real-time fiber visualization on a 5.6-inch color LCD monitor. A built-in tube heater with 10 user modes performs protection sleeve fusion in 40 seconds.
