The Teledyne LeCroy M42D is an 80 Gbps video analyzer purpose-built for DisplayPort 2.0, 1.4, and 2.1 compliance and functional testing. It combines transmit and receive capabilities across standard DisplayPort and USB-C interfaces, supporting link rates from 1.62 Gb/s legacy through 20 Gb/s per lane at 128b/132b line coding. The instrument handles Display Stream Compression with FEC, HDCP 2.2/3, MST, USB-C DP Alt Mode, and embedded DisplayPort 1.4b, making it suitable for source, sink, and repeater validation across consumer and mobile display ecosystems.
