System Integration The M9405B requires a PXIe host system with compatible embedded controller (Keysight M9036A or M9037A) running Windows 7 or Windows 10 (32-bit or 64-bit). Processor: 1 GHz minimum (x86 or x64). Memory: 1 GB recommended. Storage: 3 GB for software installation. PXIe slot link configuration must support 2x8, 4x4, or 1x4 modes.

Software & Control Operation requires Keysight IO Libraries Suite (v18.1.24130.0 or later) and M940x module software. SCPI programming enables remote instrument control and integration into larger test automation frameworks. The M940x SCPI Service provides Windows-level service control for production environments.
