Agilent/Keysight N2266A

The Agilent/Keysight N2266A is a high-density, reconfigurable multiplexer module engineered for production test environments requiring flexible channel switching and signal integrity. It delivers configurable architectures spanning 1-wire, 2-wire, and 4-wire topologies, with scan rates reaching 350 channels per second. The module operates in SCPI or 3488A modes and supports four primary configurations: single 80-channel 1-wire MUX, single 40-channel 2-wire MUX, dual independent 20-channel 2-wire MUXs, or single 20-channel 4-wire MUX.
