The Keysight N6976A Advanced Power System is a 2000 W DC power supply engineered for demanding automated test equipment (ATE) applications requiring high-speed dynamic testing and precise power characterization. Built on Keysight's VersaPower architecture, this single-output instrument delivers 0–120 V DC at 0–16.7 A with test speeds 100x faster than standard power supplies, enabling rapid device power profile measurement and validation.
