It delivers phase noise, exceptional noise floor performance, and flexible real-time analysis capabilities from 3 Hz to 50 GHz base frequency, extendable to 325 GHz and beyond with external mixing.

Intermodulation Performance: +22 dBm third-order intercept (TOI) at 1 GHz; +21 dBm TOI at 2 GHz. Dynamic Range: Up to 75 dB spurious-free dynamic range at 140 MHz analysis bandwidth. Maximum dynamic range third order of 119 dB at 1 GHz. W-CDMA ACLR dynamic range of -83 dBc (-88 dBc nominal) with noise correction enabled.Key Features Real-Time Spectrum Analysis (RTSA): Up to 160 MHz real-time bandwidth with 100% probability of intercept (POI) for signal durations as short as 3.57 µs using Option N9030RT2A. Standard Option N9030RT1A provides detection with minimum 17.3 µs signal duration for 100% POI. Measurement Capabilities: Spectrum analysis, power measurement, modulation analysis, phase noise, noise figure, and pulse analysis. I/Q analyzer functionality and one-button power measurements via Keysight PowerSuite.
