The Rohde & Schwarz RTM1054 is a 4-channel digital oscilloscope delivering 500 MHz bandwidth and 5 GSa/s real-time sampling for precise signal acquisition and analysis. With 8 Msample/40 Mpts memory depth and an 8.4" XGA or 10.1" capacitive touchscreen display, it captures complex waveforms with high fidelity. The instrument combines advanced triggering, extensive measurement automation, and waveform math to support product development and field service across analog and digital domains.
