The LeCroy SDA-6020 is a 6 GHz, 4-channel serial data analyzer purpose-built for high-speed digital communications testing and validation. It delivers integrated jitter analysis, eye pattern measurement, and clock recovery in a single platform, isolate root causes beyond simple pass/fail assessment. The instrument supports serial ATA, Xaui, Infiniband, PCI Express, Fibre Channel, Gigabit Ethernet, IEEE 1394, and SONET/SDH standards.
