Agilent / Keysight U2000H 10 MHz – 18 GHz USB Power Sensor

The Keysight U2000H is a USB power sensor that delivers direct PC integration for RF and microwave power measurements spanning 10 MHz to 18 GHz. This sensor eliminates the need for a separate benchtop power meter, connecting via standard USB to measure average power across an 80 dB dynamic range with ≤1.9% uncertainty. Its dual-mode architecture supports both Average-Only operation for maximum dynamic range and Normal mode for time-gated measurements, with measurement speeds up to 250 readings per second.

Internal and external triggering options accommodate pulse and burst signal analysis without requiring DUT power cycling. Factory-calibrated coefficients stored in onboard EEPROM eliminate manual calibration overhead. The U2000H integrates with Keysight signal generators, handheld spectrum analyzers, and network analyzers, and ships with free Power Panel software for real-time trace display and gate placement control.
