The Keysight U9361M RCal Receiver Calibrator is a USB-powered calibration instrument that corrects systematic errors in high-frequency signal analysis by moving the measurement reference plane to the device under test output. Operating from 10 MHz to 110 GHz, it enables complex magnitude and phase corrections, path loss compensation, and absolute power accuracy transfer to signal analyzers. The calibrator employs tunable BPSK comb modulation to improve receive test system accuracy by an order of magnitude.
