The Keysight V3050A is a signal analyzer frequency extender that extends the measurement capability of the N9042B UXA X-Series signal analyzer into the millimeter-wave spectrum. Operating from 50 GHz to 110 GHz, this remote head design brings high-frequency test capability closer to the device under test while delivering exceptional sensitivity and dynamic range for wideband signal analysis.
