Agilent/Keysight 1159A

The Agilent/Keysight 1159A is a wideband FET input differential active probe engineered for high-speed acquisition of low-voltage differential signals. Operating from DC to 1 GHz with <350 ps rise time, it delivers the low noise and minimal loading required for precision measurements in disk drive read channels, differential LAN interfaces, and video signal characterization. The probe's high input impedance (1 MΩ per side to ground) and exceptionally low input capacitance (<0.85 pF differential, <1.5 pF to ground at 1:1 attenuation) minimize circuit loading. solid common mode rejection spanning 80 dB at 70 Hz through 13 dB at 1 GHz provides clean differential measurements across the frequency spectrum.
