This unit

The Astronics/EADS/Racal 1260-13 is a 40-channel signal switch and relay activator module for VXI platforms. It has independent or joint control of Double Pole Single Throw (DPST) relay switches, enabling custom switching network configurations in test systems and automated instrumentation. Each channel supports up to 2 A at 220 VDC or 250 VACrms, with separate connections to both relay contact sides. Mounting holes on each channel accommodate series and shunt elements including arc suppressors, fuses, and filters, plus jumper provisions for network topology customization. Relay coil current monitoring enables confidence checking of proper relay operation.
