This compact, all-in-one instrument supports up to 136 channels with configurable channel counts (34, 68, 102, or 136) to match application requirements. The 1670G delivers state analysis at 150 MHz and timing analysis up to 500 MHz (250 MHz at full channel count).


Deep memory options - standard 64 K samples, optional 256 K or 2 M samples - enable extended data capture for debugging difficult-to-reproduce faults without complex triggering overhead.
