The Keysight U4322A is a mid-bus probe for real-time digital debugging and validation of PCI Express systems. It delivers accurate signal capture across PCIe Gen1, Gen2, and Gen3 architectures using Equalizing Snoop Probe (ESP) technology, which ensures data integrity at line speed. The probe accommodates link widths from x1 through x16, including X16 straight, X16 swizzled, X8 bi-directional, and bifurcation configurations - all with a single probe type.

Micro spring-pin contact technology and a spring-loaded protective cover minimize wear and reduce overall test cost.
