This unit

The Fluke 1910A is a benchtop multifunction counter delivering precise frequency, period, and pulse totalize measurements across telecommunications, electronics development, and laboratory environments. Its 7- or 8-digit LED display presents readings with ±(0.01% + 1 LSD) accuracy, supported by selectable resolutions from 0.1 Hz to 100 Hz in frequency mode and configurable period averaging up to 10³ cycles. The instrument spans 5 Hz to 125 MHz in frequency measurement and 5 Hz to 2 MHz for period analysis, with typical input sensitivity of 10 mV rms and adjustable trigger level control for signal conditioning. Autoranging and autoreset functions eliminate manual range selection, while automatic clean dropout suppresses zero-crossing noise below the sensitivity threshold. The 1 MΩ input impedance (shunted by <30 pF) with AC coupling accepts signals up to 360 V peak DC + AC, or 250 V rms at 5 Hz–1 kHz, and 10 V rms above 1 kHz. A front-panel 10:1 attenuator extends dynamic range for high-amplitude signals. Gate times from 10 ms to 10 s accommodate variable measurement speeds, while the internal timebase offers 0.5 ppm/month stability with external 10 MHz reference capability. Hysteresis logic prevents oscillation near range boundaries. The instrument operates from 100–240 V AC at 50/60 Hz, weighs 2.3 kg, and fits standard benchtop layouts at 224 × 107 × 291 mm. Self-check mode verifies internal circuitry integrity. BNC connectors interface Channel A input and optional external timebase reference.
