This unit
The Keithley 263 Calibrator/Source with GPIB Interface is a precision secondary standard designed for calibrating electrometers, picoammeters, and other sensitive instruments requiring accurate low-current and high-resistance measurements. It sources voltage (5 µV to 20 V), current (10 fA to 20 mA), resistance (1 Ω to 100 GΩ), and charge with both active and passive sourcing modes. Passive (V/R) mode minimizes offset errors when voltage burden is small or known; active sourcing delivers constant current output suitable for higher burden conditions.
