The Keithley 2820 RF Vector Signal Analyzer measures RF communications signals from 400 MHz to 6 GHz with dynamic range from -146 dBm to +35 dBm. It delivers vector signal analysis, spectrum analysis, and modulation quality measurements across wireless standards including GSM, WCDMA, WLAN 802.11n, and WiMAX using a software-defined architecture. The instrument acquires 40 MHz signal bandwidth with ±0.6 dB absolute amplitude accuracy and ±0.15 dB repeatability.
Fast 250 µs frequency tuning, 650 MHz/s spectrum sweep rates, and 24 ms GSM measurement times support rapid development cycles. Its half-rack form factor, touchscreen interface, and multiple connectivity options
USB, GPIB, and 100Base-T Ethernet - enable both bench and automated test environments.
