This unit
The GE / Bently Nevada 3300/55-01-04-03-03-00-00-05-00 is a dual-channel velocity monitor designed for continuous machinery vibration surveillance in API 670 compliant systems. It accepts signals from Velomitor®, High-Temperature Velomitor Systems (HTVS), or Velocity Seismoprobe® transducers without requiring interface modules. Field-programmable filter corner frequencies and sensitivity settings enable rapid deployment across diverse monitoring applications. ## Technical Specifications Input Signal Conditioning • Input signal range: -10 Vdc to +10 Vdc • Frequency response (Velocity Seismoprobe®): 3 Hz to 10,000 Hz (180 to 600,000 cpm) at -3 dB nominal • Frequency response (HTVS and Velomitor®): 3 Hz to 3,000 Hz (180 to 180,000 cpm) at -3 dB nominal • High-pass filter: Selectable from over 450 frequencies, 3 Hz to 400 Hz (180 to 24,000 cpm) • Low-pass filter: Selectable from over 500 frequencies, 24 Hz to 3,000 Hz (1,440 to 180,000 cpm) • Filter topology: 2-pole (40 dB/decade, 12 dB/octave); corner frequencies nominally -3 dB from passband • Programmable sensitivity: 500 mV/in/s, 145 mV/in/s, or 100 mV/in/s via jumpers • Integration: User-selectable per channel Output Specifications • Buffered transducer outputs: One coaxial connector per channel (front panel) and one terminal connection per channel (rear panel), both short-circuit protected • Buffered displacement output signal: 200 mV/mil (8 V/mm) • Voltage outputs (+1 Vdc to +5 Vdc): ±1.1% of signal accuracy, ±10 mV offset • Voltage outputs (0 to -10 Vdc): ±1.1% of signal accuracy, ±15 mV offset • Current outputs (+4 to +20 mA): ±0.7% of signal accuracy, ±0.09 mA offset • Output impedance (voltage): 100 Ω; minimum load resistance 10 kΩ • Voltage compliance (current): 0 to +12 Vdc across load (0 to 600 Ω load resistance) ## Key Features • Two independent monitoring channels for simultaneous dual-transducer surveillance • Field-reprogrammable corner frequencies via plug-in jumpers - no interface modules required • Dual output formats: buffered transducer outputs plus isolated voltage/current outputs • Compatible with industry-standard Bently Nevada transducer family ## Compatibility & Integration Works with Velomitor®, High-Temperature Velomitor Systems (HTVS), and Velocity Seismoprobe® transducers. Integrates into Bently Nevada 3300 machinery protection systems meeting API 670 requirements.
