The Keysight 33622A is a dual-channel, 120 MHz waveform generator built on Trueform technology to deliver high-fidelity signal generation with minimal jitter and distortion. Operating from 1 µHz to 120 MHz, this benchtop instrument generates standard waveforms, arbitrary signals, and complex modulated outputs with 1 GSa/s sampling and 14-bit amplitude resolution.
