This versatile instrument sources and measures DC/AC signals with high compliance output and integrated protection circuitry, protecting against damaging input levels. Its broad output range and accuracy specifications make it suitable for calibrating analog meters, digital multimeters (3.5 and 4.5 digit), panel meters, watt meters, clamp meters, and oscilloscopes to 200 MHz.
