The HP/Agilent 54600B is a dual-channel, 100 MHz analog oscilloscope built for production testing, field service, and educational applications. This instrument delivers 20 MSa/s maximum sample rate with 4,000-point record length and real-time vector display capability. Channel sensitivity spans 2 mV/div to 5 V/div with ±2% DC gain accuracy. The 5 ns/div to 5 s/div timebase supports horizontal accuracy of ±0.01% and 100 ps resolution. Peak detect captures glitches as narrow as 50 ns. Four trigger modes

Auto Level, Auto, Normal, and Single - with selectable sources (CH 1, CH 2, Line, External) enable flexible signal capture. Dual cursors with user-configurable thresholds support automatic voltage and time measurements including frequency, period, rise/fall time, and duty cycle. Setup storage preserves up to 16 front-panel configurations. Negative time viewing, waveform storage, and automatic setup accelerate troubleshooting workflows.
