The Agilent/Keysight 54852A Infiniium Digital Oscilloscope delivers 2.0 GHz bandwidth and 10 GSa/s sample rate across all four analog input channels simultaneously, capturing fast transients without undersampling. The instrument combines MegaZoom deep memory - 1 Mpts at 10 GSa/s and 32 Mpts at 2 GSa/s and slower rates - with an 8.4-inch high-resolution color TFT display for extended waveform observation at full resolution. Trigger jitter of 1.0 ps RMS enables precise timing measurements.
