LeCroy 64XS-A Digital Oscilloscope 600MHz, 4 Channel

The Teledyne LeCroy 64XS-A is a 4-channel digital storage oscilloscope delivering 600 MHz bandwidth and up to 5 GS/s sampling rate for real-time waveform capture and analysis. With 2.5 GS/s single-shot sampling, 50 GS/s RIS mode capability, and 5 Mpts/channel record length, this instrument captures complex signal behavior across demanding test environments. The 10.4-inch color touchscreen interface and 8-bit vertical resolution support detailed signal examination, while selectable 20 MHz and 200 MHz bandwidth limiting filters reduce noise in sensitive measurements.
