The HP/Agilent 6634B is a 100 W single-output DC power supply delivering 0–100 V at 0–1 A for automated test systems and rack-mount integration. This series-pass regulated unit combines fast programming response, precision measurement, and GPIB control to meet high-throughput manufacturing test requirements. Command processing executes in less than 4 ms, while output programming settles within 2 ms (standard) or 400 µs (fast mode). The built-in DVM measures actual output voltage and current with 0.03% + 2 mV accuracy, supported by dual-range low-current measurement for precision monitoring.
