The Agilent/Keysight 6811A is a single-phase AC power source and analyzer delivering 375 VA of programmable output power for versatile bench-top testing. It generates AC voltages from 0 to 300 Vrms and DC voltages up to ±425 V, with simultaneous AC and DC output capability including arbitrary waveform generation. The instrument sources AC current to 3.25 A rms and DC current to 2.5 A across a frequency range of DC through 45 Hz to 1 kHz, with extended measurement capability down to 4.5 Hz at full accuracy.

Two current measurement ranges provide 10:1 sensitivity enhancement on the low range. Waveform Generation:
Sine, square, and up to 12 user-defined arbitrary waveforms with programmable voltage, current limit, frequency, phase, and distortion. DC output can be applied independently or as an offset to AC signals. Measurement Accuracy:

  • RMS voltage: 0.15% + 0.3 V (at 25°C ±5°C)

  • RMS voltage resolution: 10 mV measurement; 125 mV programming

  • RMS current programming accuracy: 1.2% + 50 mA
